Wes love Biscotti and I love Wes... so... I surprised Wes with homemade Biscotti :-)
This afternoon I made Peppermint Biscotti. It turned out pretty delicious!
I found the recipe on Taste of Home. It wasn't that hard to make... just to some muscles in the stirring department :-) no Kitchen Aid Mixer in China :-)
